This double layered baking sheet is made from 1 mm thick steel, which is coated with a premium performance coating of vitreous enamel. It’s incredibly tough and boasts excellent heat conducting properties. Unlike sheets of a lower quality, it absorbs and distributes heat more evenly. There are no hotspots, which helps you to consistently achieve baking excellence.
With its vitreous enamel coating, it’s also suitable to use with a variety of different heat sources, including induction hobs. This makes it ideal for light roasting and general grilling. Removing food for serving is also considerably easier. Food doesn’t stick to this sheet, so you can simply lift your freshly baked cookies or biscuits, for example, with little trouble or effort.
